Privacy Policy of Hp Intelligent Device Monitoring System
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use our Hp Intelligent Device Monitoring System App, including account registration, Bluetooth device connection, real-time measurement data collection, local report export and hardware firmware support services. We strictly comply with Apple App Store privacy review standards and local personal data protection laws.
By registering an account and using the App, you fully consent to the data processing rules described in this policy.

1.2 Hardware Measurement Data (Real-time local collection only)
- Data content: Real-time axial force value, peak axial force, measurement timestamp, curve coordinate data, process pass/fail judgment result, custom process parameters, hardware MAC address, custom device name.
- Collection trigger: Once Bluetooth connection with axial force gauge hardware is established, the App will automatically receive and collect real-time measurement data transmitted by the hardware.
- Storage rule: All measurement data is only saved locally on your iPhone / iPad device, we will not upload any hardware measurement data to our cloud server under any circumstances, and there is no manual cloud upload function in the App.
- Data retention: Measurement data remains on your device until you manually delete records, clear App cache or uninstall the App.
1.3 Mobile Device Permissions & Corresponding Data Access Scope
- Bluetooth Permission: Scan our brand axial force gauge hardware, establish short-range Bluetooth communication, receive real-time force measurement data, send WiFi network configuration commands to hardware. We do not scan or collect information of non-company Bluetooth devices.
- Storage Permission: Save locally generated Excel/CSV/PDF test reports, historical measurement records and curve cache files; all files are isolated within the iOS App sandbox and inaccessible to other applications.
- Network/WiFi Permission: Send registration email verification codes, receive customer-initiated firmware files upon request, transmit WiFi configuration instructions to hardware via Bluetooth relay.
1.4 Data We DO NOT Collect
The App never collects location, camera, photo album, contact list, call log, calendar, advertising ID or other irrelevant personal sensitive data without your independent active authorization. No hidden background data collection behavior exists.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Complete identity authentication for account registration and login verification.
- Build stable Bluetooth communication channel between mobile device and axial force gauge hardware to receive real-time measurement data.
- Display, query, export and locally store industrial measurement data generated by your connected hardware equipment.
- Provide hardware WiFi network configuration and remote basic device control functions.
- Send account security reminders and service notifications to your reserved email address upon your demand.
- Classify user identities by corporate name to separate independent service data space for different enterprise clients.
- Provide official hardware firmware files only when customers actively submit download requests via contact email; the system will not actively push OTA upgrade resources to users automatically.
We will never use your personal information for commercial advertising push, user portrait marketing, or sell your data to any third-party institutions without your separate written consent.
3. Data Storage & Retention Period
3.1 Local Device Storage Data (Hardware Measurement Data)
All axial force measurement records, exported report files and curve cache data are permanently stored on your iPhone/iPad local storage until you manually delete records, clear App cache or uninstall the App. No copy of measurement data will be stored on our cloud server.
3.2 Cloud Server Stored Data (Only Account Basic Info)
Only your registered mobile phone number, corporate name and bound email address are stored on independent isolated cloud databases during your usage period. This App does not support account cancellation function, and cloud account basic information will be retained during your service usage cycle.
3.3 Temporary Cache Data
Real-time Bluetooth temporary transmission data will be automatically cleared after closing the corresponding function page without permanent storage.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure Rules
- No Active Third-Party Sharing: We will not sell, rent, transfer or share your personal account information and local measurement data to any advertising, marketing, data statistics third-party companies without your explicit written consent.
- Legal Mandatory Disclosure Exception: We may disclose your account basic information only when required by judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies with complete formal legal documents, in compliance with local data protection laws.
- Hardware measurement data is completely stored locally on your mobile device, and will never be transmitted to our cloud server or any third-party server.
- Bluetooth hardware communication data only transmits between your iPhone/iPad and physical axial force gauge device, no third-party interception channel is reserved.
5. Your Data Control Rights
- Access Right: You may view all local measurement data and bound account information inside the App at any time.
- Local Deletion Right: You can delete historical measurement records and clear local exported report files on your device freely.
- Correction Right: Modify bound email address and corporate name information in the system settings page.
- Permission Revocation Right: You may revoke Bluetooth, storage, network permissions of this App in iOS system settings at any time; partial core functions will stop working after permission revocation.
- Data Export Right: Independently export all local measurement data into Excel/CSV/PDF files saved on your mobile device storage.
Notice: This application does not support account cancellation function, and we cannot erase account basic information stored on the cloud server on your behalf.
6. Hardware Firmware Distribution Description
- The App has no automatic OTA firmware push function. Official hardware firmware installation packages will only be provided to customers who actively send requests via registered email address.
- Firmware files only contain hardware operating program data, no personal account information or measurement data will be uploaded or attached during delivery.
7. Data Security Protection Measures
- Login passwords are stored with irreversible hash algorithm, no internal staff can query users’ plaintext login passwords.
- User account basic information is stored in physically isolated independent databases. Internal staff can only apply for data access through multi-level approval, and all access operations will generate permanent audit logs for traceability.
- Backend data access interfaces enable IP whitelist restriction and real-time operation monitoring; mass reading and abnormal cross-enterprise data access requests will be automatically blocked and alarmed.
- The Bluetooth communication channel between App and axial force gauge hardware adopts exclusive private transmission protocol to prevent data tampering and leakage during short-distance transmission.
- All local measurement data and exported files on iOS devices are isolated by the iOS sandbox mechanism; other third-party applications cannot read internal data of this App.
8. Policy Update & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy according to platform rule adjustments and legal requirements; major updates will be notified via App pop-up window before taking effect.

本隐私政策说明您使用Hp智能设备监测系统App（包含账号注册、蓝牙硬件连接、实时测量数据采集、本地报表导出、硬件固件人工下发服务等全部功能）时，我方收集、使用、存储、共享、保护您个人信息的完整规则。本政策严格遵循苹果App Store隐私审核规范及个人信息保护相关法律法规。
您完成账号注册、使用App，即代表您完整同意本政策约定的数据处理规则。

1.2 硬件测量数据（仅本地实时采集，不上传云端）
- 数据内容：实时轴力数值、峰值轴力、测量时间戳、曲线坐标数据、测量合格/超限判定结果、自定义工艺参数、硬件MAC地址、设备自定义名称。
- 采集触发规则：App与轴力计硬件建立蓝牙连接后，将自动接收、采集硬件实时传输的全部测量数据。
- 存储规则：所有硬件测量数据仅保存在您的iPhone/iPad本地设备，我方不会将任何测量数据上传至云端服务器，App内无手动云端上传功能。
- 数据留存：测量数据永久保存在设备本地，直至您手动删除记录、清除App缓存或卸载App为止。
1.3 App所需设备权限及对应数据访问范围
- 蓝牙权限：扫描本品牌轴力计硬件、建立短距离蓝牙通信、接收实时力值测量数据、向硬件下发WiFi配网指令；不会扫描、收集非本公司蓝牙设备信息。
- 存储权限：保存本地生成的Excel/CSV/PDF检测报表、历史测量记录与曲线缓存文件；全部文件受iOS沙盒隔离，其他应用无法读取。
- 网络/WiFi权限：发送注册邮箱验证码、接收客户主动申请后的固件文件、通过蓝牙中转向硬件传输WiFi配置指令。
1.4 绝不主动收集的信息
未经您主动独立授权，本App不会获取位置、相机、相册、通讯录、通话记录、日历、广告标识符等无关敏感个人信息，不存在后台静默采集数据行为。
二、信息使用规则
- 完成账号注册、登录的身份核验；
- 搭建手机与轴力计硬件稳定蓝牙通信通道，接收硬件实时测量数据；
- 在本地展示、查询、导出、存储您连接设备产生的工业测量数据；
- 提供硬件WiFi配网、基础远程设备控制功能；
- 根据您的需求，向预留邮箱发送账号安全提醒、官方服务通知；
- 通过企业名称区分用户身份，为不同企业客户划分独立服务数据空间；
- 仅当客户通过注册邮箱主动提交固件下载需求时，提供官方硬件固件安装包；系统不会自动主动推送OTA升级资源。
未经您单独书面同意，我方绝对不会将您的个人信息用于商业广告推送、用户画像营销，或出售、流转给任何第三方机构。
三、数据存储与留存周期
3.1 设备本地存储数据（硬件测量类数据）
全部轴力测量记录、导出报表文件、曲线缓存数据永久存储在您的iPhone/iPad本地，直至您手动删除记录、清除App缓存或卸载App；测量数据不会在我方云端服务器留存任何副本。
3.2 云端服务器存储数据（仅账号基础信息）
仅您注册的手机号、企业名称、绑定邮箱存放于独立隔离云端数据库，在您使用服务期间持续留存；本App不支持账号注销功能，无法代为清除云端存储的账号基础信息。
3.3 临时缓存数据
蓝牙实时传输临时缓存数据，关闭对应功能页面后自动清空，不会永久留存。
四、信息共享与披露规则
- 不主动向第三方共享：无您明确书面许可，我方不会出售、出租、转让、共享您的账号个人信息、本地测量数据给任何广告、营销、数据统计第三方企业。
- 法定强制披露例外：仅司法机关、执法机构出具完整法定文书要求时，遵循本地数据保护法律，仅可披露您的账号基础信息。
- 硬件测量数据完全保存在您的手机本地，不会传输至我方云端或任何第三方服务器。
- 硬件蓝牙通信数据仅在您的iPhone/iPad与实体轴力计设备之间流转，不预留第三方数据拦截通道。
五、您享有的数据控制权
- 查阅权：可在App内随时查看全部本地测量数据、绑定账号信息；
- 本地删除权：可自由删除历史测量记录、清空设备本地导出报表文件；
- 更正权：可在系统设置页修改绑定邮箱、企业名称等账号基础信息；
- 权限撤回权：您可随时在iOS系统设置中关闭本App蓝牙、存储、网络权限，权限关闭后对应核心功能停止使用；
- 数据导出权：可独立将全部本地测量数据导出为Excel/CSV/PDF文件保存至手机存储。
重要提示：本应用不支持账号注销功能，我方无法代为清除云端服务器存储的账号基础信息。
六、硬件固件下发说明
- App无自动OTA固件推送功能，仅客户通过注册邮箱主动发送需求后，我方提供官方硬件固件安装包；
- 固件文件仅包含硬件运行程序数据，下发过程不会上传、附带任何账号个人信息或测量业务数据。
七、数据安全防护措施
- 登录密码采用不可逆哈希算法存储，内部任何工作人员均无法查询用户明文登录密码。
- 用户账号基础信息存放于物理隔离的独立数据库，内部人员访问数据需多级审批，全部访问操作永久留存审计日志可追溯。
- 后台数据访问接口开启IP白名单限制与实时操作监控，批量读取、跨企业越权访问等异常请求会自动拦截并预警。
- App与轴力计硬件之间的蓝牙通信通道采用专属私有传输协议，防止短距离传输过程中数据篡改、泄露。
- iOS设备本地所有测量记录、导出文件受iOS沙盒机制隔离，其他第三方App无法读取本App内部数据。
八、政策更新与咨询渠道
我方会根据平台规则调整、法律法规更新修订本隐私政策，重大更新会在生效前通过App弹窗告知用户。
